I loved giving a keynote on reading for pleasure at today’s HMC conference for school librarians. Such a fantastic topic to be asked to speak on, though distilling things down to an hour was challenging. It was great to hear the wonderful ideas that were shared in the discussions about effective strategies the delegates had put into place. The Kids Lit Quiz was just one of the many mentioned.
